2014–2017
I started with lead research and eventually moved into quality checking and QA. The work became less about finding individual leads and more about making sure the research process itself was reliable.
From fixed-price research → hourly Quality Checker → 3,236-hour QA role
The role had changed. I was no longer just finding prospects. I was learning how to build a process that others could rely on.
2017–2020
As the work grew, I moved into a Special Review role where I supervised a team of researchers, reviewed their work, and made sure the research met the required quality and client standards. This was my first experience moving from doing the work myself to being responsible for the quality of a team’s output.
